The product, in the report: Here is the description page on Amazon: https://a.co/d/fXAnnbm
I purchased an [REDACTED] USB charger 10 port on December 6, 2024. I left it plugged in in my shop with four USB chargers attached to it charging bicycle lights on December 31 while coming in and out of my shop I noticed a mechanical fire smell, and the even though there were no devices attached to the charging cables. The USB charger itself was hot and overheating, and almost ready to start on fire. Amazon has no form or way to report outside of calling customer service but their customer service phone is always full so you can never get a hold of them to report a product safety issue.

No one hurt Made Nov 2, 2023, sent to the company Nov 7, 2023, published by CPSC Nov 30, 2023
The product, in the report: [REDACTED] Watch charger
For several weeks my husband’s [REDACTED] Watch had not been charging properly. He plugged his charger back in after a weekend away and several minutes later I smelled something burning. Sure enough smoke was rising from the watch charger- without the watch on it. My husband unplugged the charger and stamped it out before there were any actual flames, but he stated that it was extremely hot. The protective coating had melted around the wires. Luckily I noticed this right before we were leaving our house and taking our dog with us. Fortunately, no injuries occurred.

No one hurt Made Nov 13, 2012, sent to the company Feb 22, 2013, published by CPSC Jan 11, 2013
The product, in the report: 2 PORT HOME WALL AC OUTLET USB CHARGER ADAPTER PLUG
I purchased 70 of these two port chargers. So far nine of them have quit working. What is most disturbing is that the AC prongs fall out, or are left in the wall socket when you try and unplug it. This is a very dangerous condition that could shock someone. I will be returning all to the manufacturer, and expect Amazon to remove this model from their site.
