The product, in the report: Portable power charger for electrical devices such as laptops and cell phones. POLANFO 20000M Universal Ultra Compact 20000mah Power Charger UPC 0701385710064

My son called home about an hour ago to tell me that his POLANFO 20000M Universal Ultra Compact 20000mah Power Charger, UPC 0701385710064 had just exploded in the student Union Buidling (Norris Hall) at Northwestern University. My son had just gotten seated at a table and felt his backpack getting hot (he was wearing it at the time). He reached into the backpack and started taking stuff out and putting it on the dining center table. When he grabbed the charged, he noticed that it was very hot to the touch. He tossed the charger onto the cafeteria table where it began hissing and sending a noxious chemical smoke cloud into the dining center. The charger burned a hole in the cafeteria table and the smoke led to an evacuation of the student union building. The device was removed by a hazmat team which had been called to the university.

I purchased the POLANFO 20000M charger on July 27, 2015 from Amazon and the seller ([REDACTED]) was [REDACTED].
