The product, in the report: Model: CA5 Capacity: 50,000 Ah/185 Wh Color: black Dimensions: 7.1”L x 4.3”W x 1.6”Th Purchased: Amazon
I found that my power bank looks like it is about to explode. The power bank is brand is Morfec, model CA5. It was purchased in April of 2024 from Amazon. I used it for two days while camping in May of 2024 and a couple of days in the summer of 2024 during power outages. At that time there were not incidents. It has since been stored inside at a house kept at 68 degrees. I just found it today (1-19-25) and saw that it was extremely cracked on the front and back, with the contents inside trying to push out. There have been no injuries. I am getting rid of it today. However, I worry that it was about to explode and could have caused a house fire.
