The product, in the report: MoKo Xbox One Battery Packs Rechargeable 2 x 1200mAh Controller Charge Power Kit for Xbox One/One S/One X/One Elite Controllers with USB Charging Cable - White Model https://www.mokodirect.com/product-category/electronic-acces
I purchased a MoKo Xbox One Battery Packs Rechargeable 2 x 1200mAh Controller Charge Power Kit for Xbox One/One S/One X/One Elite Controllers with USB Charging Cable - White on 12/282017 through Amazon. On Monday night 3/30/2020 about 10:30 pm there was a strong electronic smell and some smoke in our house and we called the fire department. There was concern it was an electrical issue in the walls but there was nothing found. An examination of the furnace and motor also revealed no problems. On Tuesday afternoon 3/31/2020 I found that the battery which was connected to the charger and the xBox device had melted down, destroying the battery and damaging the charger. This was the cause of the electric burning smell and smoke we discovered the night before. The charger had always been a problem as only one of the charging ports was really usable for charging the battery.
