The product, in the report: Portable Charger for [REDACTED] 10000mAh Power Bank with Foldable Stand Battery Pack,Fast Charge PD 22.5W Travel Essential,Magnetic Charge Wireless Charger for [REDACTED]

I purchased a Lenuto battery pack charger from Amazon in January of this year. I left the charger in my car during September and it caught on fire as well as caught my vehicle on fire. My vehicle was totaled out by my insurance company [REDACTED]. Everything inside was a complete loss. Ive reached hes out to Amazon about this and they passed me to their insurance company [REDACTED] . They have reached out to the manufacturer and I havent heard anything back. Im now at a total loss of my vehicle, having to file an insurance claim for something I didnt cause, and getting much less from my insurance company after what they are wanting to pay for something Lenutos charger pack did to my vehicle. I had just refinanced my vehicle for a lower rate and for a shorter time and now going to lose that equity and have to fork out more money out of my own pocket all due to this companys defective product. Ive also pulled reviews since I purchased mine and there are three examples of the same battery catching fire. One of which burned part of a persons house. There are also other complaints of the battery pack bulging and acting up. I dont feel I should be the one taking a hit in this and suffering from the damage their product caused. I collected the burnt battery pack remnants from underneath where the fire started in my car for evidence. The body shop has taken multiple pictures of the damage as well. Im hoping your firm can help me with holding the manufacturer accountable and Im not the one suffering for their product causing so much damage, loss of time trying to fix this on my own and time without my vehicle
