The product, in the report: Power adapter Model number jk050200-s04usa that came with and to be used with a Winbook TW102 purchased in 2018.
During normal use, when unplugging the adapter, a 120v prong came dislodged from my Winbook TW102 AC adapter Model number jk050200-s04usa. The prong stayed in the outlet creating a safety hazard. This was an undamaged adapter and the prong looks in perfect and absolutely clean condition with no solder or any other substance on it.
