The product, in the report: Joyetech USB charger model BEK-QC-001
My 7 year old son unplugged the charger for the Joytech evic VTC mini today and the prongs separated from the rest of the charger and remained in the outlet. He received a nasty shock from the 120VAC mains. This is wholly unacceptable and extremely unsafe for this to have happened. I’m concerned that this could happen to other people and could result in a fatality.
The AC-DC adapter is model number BEK-QC-001. Manufacturer listed is Joyetech.
