The product, in the report: iHome 2 USB Port Wall Charger 2.1amp 2 port aluminum wall charger. Parn Nuber IH-CT561AD Model IH-CT561AD UPC 81250112131
My seven year old unplugged the IHome charger model # IH-CT561AD from the wall and the front face stayed in the wall with two live metal prongs sticking out. Fortunatly he called me before he touched them but it could have easing shocked him if he tried to get it out. There doesnt appear to be any glue holding this together, just a compression fit which comes out easily.
