The product, in the report: Hello Kitty 3.1 Amp Dual Port Wall Charger
My 4-year-old daughter, [REDACTED], suffered a second-degree burn while using the charger in a standard and supervised household setting. The charger overheated through her blanket and caused injury despite no direct contact while plugged in her [REDACTED] tablet, and there was no visible warning on the package regarding heat, burn risk, or danger of use while plugged in, and the products child-attractive branding is deceptive even with a 16+ label. My daughter was using her tablet, she was not handling the charger device. I personally plugged the charger in according too the instructions.
