The product, in the report: Halo emergency Phone Battery Charger
My halo battery has swollen and I’m concerned of risk of Fire I have contacted the manufacturer and they have refused to replace it because it is not in warranty apparently.. I was contacted on 08/06/26 by the manufacturer Halo. Item is a Halo rapid pack 10K Hrp-10k Battery 10000mah 37wh battery The battery was charged once and set on the Shelf. No injuries reported.
