    Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to report a safety incident involving the EnergyCell Pilot 4GS Portable Charger 12000mAh (Model: Rose Gold) that occurred on May 5, 2025, around 9:00 PM. The device, which was purchased on December 29, 2024, unexpectedly exploded while sitting idle on my daughter’s study desk, not connected to any power source or electronic device.

The explosion resulted in significant damage, including:

A burn to my daughters finger when she attempted to throw the device onto the floor to prevent further damage.

Severe burning to the wooden floor of the room where the charger was located.

A toxic smoke cloud that spread throughout our home due to the ventilation ducts, causing potential health risks for everyone present.

Thankfully, my daughter managed to bring water from the bathroom to extinguish the fire, but the damage caused by the explosion and the ensuing smoke was substantial. This incident has raised serious concerns regarding the safety of this particular product.

I kindly request that the CPSC investigate this issue and take the necessary actions to prevent any further incidents involving this model. The product is identified as follows:

Model Name: EnergyCell Pilot 4GS Portable Charger 12000mAh

Date of Purchase: December 29, 2024

Issue: Explosion and fire hazard leading to injury and property damage

Product Details: Charging Cable Included, Rose Gold color, designed for use with [REDACTED] and more.

Please let me know how I can assist further with your investigation or provide additional information if necessary.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the next steps.
