The product, in the report: Black charging block. Approximately 3”x1”x1 1/2”. “Adaptive Fast Charging Block USB Wall Charger Adapter Compatible [REDACTED]”

I was using the “Adaptive Fast Charging Block USB Wall Charger Adapter Compatible [REDACTED]” by DiHines on 10/04/2021. I was using it to power a pet water fountain. I had been using it for about 2 weeks. I unplugged it to move the water fountain. When I plugged it back in, I saw it wasn’t working. I realized that one of the prongs had broken off the charging block and had remained in my wall outlet. There were no injuries. This charging block was purchased from Amazon on 06/03/2021.
