The product, in the report: Bytech Intl. wireless charging pad BY-OP-CP-101-WT Input:5V-1A max
I purchased the wireless charging pad by Bytech Intl right before Christmas for our children. A couple days ago my daughter had her phone charging on the pad and it caught fire. Thank goodness she was in her bedroom and noticed it, so she was able to put the small fire out quickly. I can not get this company to call me back and or respond to my email. I am seeking a refund for the charger and repair to the dresser that was damaged. I would at least like to see these removed from the market so that no one else has to experience a larger loss from a phone charger.
