The product, in the report: Replacement [REDACTED] Charger, Power Adapter Cord for [REDACTED]
The Replacement [REDACTED], Power Adapter Cord for [REDACTED] that was delivered burnt out my charging port on my computor and also burnt out on the charging pack itself. when i took my computer for repair they explained that the chargers are fake because they are missing a chip which the original [REDACTED] charges have. so i believe the website is misleading and fraudulent. not only that i received no invoice on arrival and they have not responded to any of my emails when applying for a refund.
