The charging case literally sparked in-hand and became so hot that it had to be dropped. After this, it has now destroyed our kitchen floor which now has a hole it in from when the charger case CAUGHT FIRE in our home. Our home could have burned down, someone could have been burned, and someone could have died. If the fire had not been put out by our throwing water on it to put it out, these things very well could have happened. Despite this being a much bigger issue because of these possibilities, the company must do something about the damage done to our home.
