The product, in the report: Product: AMPOWSURE 42V Charger 3 Prong Fast Smart 2A for 36V Pocket Mod, Sports Mod Lithium Battery Universal Replacement for 36 Volt Electrical Device Order ID: [REDACTED]
I unplugged the charger and it made a spark and a pop noise in which alerted me to contact 911 because as it was in my young daughters bedroom I was scared to think a fire within the wall could/would potentially start! The outlet itself was discolored-yellowish/brownish and smelled of sulfur smell, 911 was called and when they arrived they thoroughly investigated the outlets and voiced that the townhome wouldve went up in flames within an hours time the item was most definitely disposed of and the date of incident can be looked up by contacting whomever keeps report/record of 911 calls. (The address where this happened was where we resided for 8years prior to moving to [REDACTED] just this past year in 2024)
