The product, in the report: Flex 2.5ah 24v lithium 1/2” Drill driver
Flex 24v battery powered drills, the batteries are leaking/melting a black sticky ooze out all over. It gets into everything. Flex tools are sold at Lowes Home Improvement Centers. Store managers at two stores in Palm Beach County, FL were uncooperative when these were brought in telling me that Lowes sold them but did not support them. I received replacement batteries and a new drill from Flex Corporate on 10-4-2022, just noticed today that one of the batteries is doing the same thing. I have photos of the tools and batteries.
