The product, in the report: TRINITY 48” Stainless Steel Rolling Workbench Purchased at Costco in December 2015.

We have a TRINITY 48” Stainless Steel Rolling Workbench that tipped over and fell on my wife. We purchased this product from Costco in December 2015. This product appears to be too-heavy. It was filled with an assortment of tools and supplies. It was on a hard, level surface in the basement of our home. The workbench caused a puncture wound to her foot resulting in a visit to the emergency room.
