Harbor Freight has been stringing me along for 7 months. I purchased your 60in 4 drawer wood workbench, and had a number of problems with defective parts, I understand wood splits, no quality control. Ive been remodeling my garage to fit; which includes electrical so it’s been a while, my point is I’ve only opened these drawers less than ten times, and 2 of the 4 drawers do not function, the slide exploded and as a result cut my finger. I can send photos of the blood still on the drawers and the cut. Also the pieces of slide that came apart. You need to assist me in this problem as I am more than certain that the other two drawers will do the same and I am already upset about your product injuring me; which, is just absurd for a drawer. I do Not wish to send back a fully assembled bench, but I would bring in the drawers or slides, If I get hurt again, this would bad for you and me, and I’m certain you want to fix a Dangerous product. Product_Or_Service: 60 in. 4 drawer work bench Order_Number: [REDACTED] Account_Number: [REDACTED] I Assembled this bench with glue and a lot of time and effort, because, it wobbles and is not made for the type of work it is sold for, such as sawing and sanding. Harbor freight made ME research replacement drawer glides; because,”Unfortunately, the replacement parts you’re requesting are not available, and we are unable to order the parts from our manufacturer.” The have agreed to pay for replacement glides (IF) I sign and notarize a statement and give a color copy of my Drivers License; which, I don’t believe is even legal. These drawers were empty and brand new when the guides exploded, they are unsafe and a hazard. two drawers are unusable, the other two obviously can’t have any weight placed in them or pulled in or out or the glides will explode. They obviously lied about the weight limits they listed. I have researched the safe replacement guides, they agreed to replace them; But, I refuse to sign their statement and send my Drivers license. This does Not mean they fixed their UNSAFE product, that cut my finger. They have the photos of the exploded guides, and my finger.
