The product, in the report: Milwaukee 48-22-1903 Fastback 3 Utility Knife
While opening the plastic packaging containing the knife, I cut the top with scissors, and proceeded to tear the remainder of the top off with my hands. When I grabbed the plastic packaging to tear it open, an un-encased razor blade punctured my palm. The razor on the back is not visible from the front of the packaging, and the labeling led me to believe that the razors were stored inside the knife.
