The product, in the report: PARAFRAME I “clip folding knife”
I bought a folding knife from Home Depot and almost killed myself trying to get it open. Literally one slip and I’d be bleeding out in my car in the parking lot. Product is the Gerber “PARAFRAME I” holding knife, but it is sold in a display package with laminated cardboard and plastic packaging that resists easy opening. The knife has minimal tip protection but is sold locked in the open position, and furthermore has a security tag through the frame of the knife that prevents it from being shut as I or another consumer tries to get it safely out of its package.
