Bought the Pro Lift Lawn mower lift 11/20/2018. Inspected it for missing parts and damage. It appeared in excellent condition. I did not attempt to use it until 7-6-2021. After assembly, drove mower onto lift. It rolled off. Called tech support, was told to remove cross bar on each wheel bracket and do not put mower in locked position. Tried again, mower still rolls off. After several attempts using wheel chocks and placing mower in gear, the lift start lifting mower. After lifting about 8”, mower fell off. The wheel brackets are angled, about 45 degrees on left and 50 degrees on right. The owner manual shows the brackets angled, however the picture published by Amazon shows the brackets are horizontal, no angle. These brackets must be horizontal, but there is no adjustment, the brackets are welded. This makes this lift a safety hazard. I contacted Amazon, but due to time frame, they could do nothing. I asked the rep. at Amazon to report and to remove product fromlistings and to provide manufacturer of my complaint and provide my contact information. The lift is still listed on Amazon. I understand the product is out of warranty and no refund will be made. However, this product is dangerous and neither Amazon or the manufacturer is resolving this by recalling this product. The picture of this product is not accurate.
