The product, in the report: Pittsburgh 3 ton Low Profile Steel Heavy Duty Floor Jack with Rapid Pump® Item #62326

Hydraulic Jack from Harbor Freight #62326 Front Wheel Popped off during load of a car. The wheel is originally held in by a C- Clip. This C-clip or groove must be defective. I have 15+ Years experience in the automotive industry and I have never had a wheel pop off a Jack. This is a huge safety hazard and they should all be recalled regardless the amount of time owned. I’ve owned this jack for 2 years max. Maybe used it 4-5 times at my home.
