The product, in the report: Lift System

This consumer is reporting a lift system that failed, bringing the tractor/mower that he was lifting, crashing to the ground. A few seconds sooner, and he would have been injured or killed. He reported it to the manufacturer’s home office in Moline, Illinois and spoke with the area dealer, but he has not heard from them. The failure of this system was caused by a brass fitting being stripped, causing the unit to come crashing to the ground. This lift system was purchased 08/20/13 from an equipment company named in this report and located in Owatonna, MN. There are no injuries being reported with this report
