The product, in the report: Every product on Tyvok’s site: https://www.spiderlasers.com/
Ok, so I am an engineer and I know what I am talking about.
We are getting more and more unsafe products from China made by people who have zero business making said products. While I am going to point out only one product brand in general as it is new on the market, it will blind people and burn houses down. It is what is called a laser cutter. While all laser cutters are dangerous, they are only so if they are not designed with safety features and enclosure to prevent the issues I will describe. Christmas is coming, and the USA is the #1 business they are all after.
While I am telling you this, I am not asking you to kill all of them, but I would like to get your help making sure these products get watched for.

This product does not have an enclosure, emergency shut off, and by design more likely than not it will hurt people’s vision (even blind them), and could burn their houses down. I imagine parents will buy this for their kids and not know the Pandora ’s Box they just purchased. Using this product also creates gases from the item the laser is burning or cutting that are very dangerous.
There are a few types of these, so it is hard to explain them if you do not already understand them in principle. I would recommend reaching out to a USA company called [REDACTED] to get their help in identifying these dangerous products. They may not want to as they make money every time someone buys their software to use with these products. Tyvok who makes the Spiderlaser mentioned above sell a [REDACTED] License with the laser. I would imagine [REDACTED] legal would advise them to not help. If that is the case, I am a disabled veteran whose profession is engineering and I could help.
I purchased one and besides the dangers, it is also a very bad design. I will be getting my money back, so I am not worried about that. I am a customer in good standing with [REDACTED] and they always help me with chargebacks for issues like this.
Besides this, so many products are thought up by someone, manufactured in less than a week, and straight on [REDACTED], and all of the other .coms for sale. It can be here in less than 14-Days. This is why they can rip off someone’s design and have it for sale in weeks, not months. We made a deal with the proverbial devil.
It will burn houses down, and people will go blind. I intended on using it in a safe environment, so it was not an issue for me. When I saw it first hand, I researched where to report. I also posted to [REDACTED] channels where it would do the most good. It is my hope you will get more reports now.
Not all of them are the devil, so if you are not sure, PLEASE ASK ME. This is also to say that not all products from china are bad. The issue is the laws put into place in the USA and are required by USA companies do not apply to any Chinese or other country’s imports. People are people, good and bad everywhere. I have good contacts in china.
I am on disability, so if you need help, please let me know. Christmas is coming, they are running crazy sales, please act fast!
I would have contacted my representatives, but they have proven to not care and act as I am delusional. They have zero clues when it comes to how technology actually works. Not getting political, just sharing with you why you are the only agency I am reporting this to. It is their fault after all it has gotten this bad. We have ways to block specific products in customs for reasons like this, PLEAS ACT FAST!
Respectfully, [REDACTED]
