The product, in the report: Pro-press style tool

I would like to bring to your attention a product being sold on-line and available to Wisconsin residents.

This product is made by Vevor Co. based in China. The product in question is a pro-press style tool used in the heating and plumbing trades. In my case, the product literally exploded in my hands. Pieces of the tool blew apart, causing a hole in a wall and spraying oil everywhere. The explosion was so loud that my hearing has been affected. The tool was purchased in January, 2022 and according to the information provided, is still in warranty. I am enclosing a copy of the receipt and a copy of the running conversation with the vendor trying to get a refund or at least a replacement.

Really, my main goal here is to bring this company to your attention, and hopefully get this product off the market. It is only by the grace of God that I or someone else was not more seriously injured.

In closing, if you would like more information or pictures of the tool or damage It caused, I will be happy to help.

    Thank you,
