My four year old came to me today to notify me my gun safe was open! I count on this safe to be in working condition to protect my family and my guns. The safe will not lock. We have not had trouble with it before but after looking it up we have found others have the same problem. I have tried everything, replacing batteries, using the key. It will not lock.
