New and improved, the Stealth SwiftVault 2.0 has no exposed holes, a new protective cover over the biometric scanner button, an internal protective anti-tamper mechanism, new high security laser cut override keys and a high strength security cable. The Stealth SwiftVault 2.0 provides quick access to your guns offering peace of mind in the unfortunate case of a break-in. The pop open door makes it perfect for your nightstand or drawer. The Stealth SwiftVault 2.0 is built of heavy 12 gauge steel construction in the body and 14 gauge steel in the door, making this safe very robust for its size. The anti-impact latch hooks into the safes body and offers maximum pry resistance. After the door pops open, the white interior light activates making it easy to see your handguns even in the dark. The top and bottom of the safes interior is lined with high quality foam that is perfect for storing and protecting up to two handguns. With its large internal height, you can store any type of pistol including full-size, compact, sub-compact and revolvers. The Stealth SwiftVault 2.0 runs off of a 9 Volt battery or you can leave the safe plugged in for faster access via the included power port. Critical safety failure of Stealth Swiftvault 2.0 biometric safe. My 3 year old was able to depress the biometric reader inside the safe houseing of the Stealth Safes Swiftvault 2.0 biometric safe, which resulted in him being able to successfully open the safe with any fingerprint, which has never been enrolled in the safe. I would suspect that depressing the biometric reader caused some form of short circuit in the wiring to allow access to any non-enrolled fingerprint
