The product, in the report: Turbolock TL-200 Smart Deadbolt w/ Real Time Monitoring & App Model TurboLock TL-200 Smart Deadbolt Link on Amazon. See other users ratings to confirm what I have said https://www.amazon.com/TurboLock-TL-200-Bluetooth-Deadbolt-Door/dp/B07X5VYW7B

I purchased a TurboLock Tl-200 Smart Deadbolt at the beginning of this year and have had several issues with it. The first and most important problem is that the lock malfunctions and gets stuck in a locked or unlocked position. You can force it open or closed but it immediately springs back the second pressure is let off. I sent in my unit for repair and was issued a new one. The new one worked fine for 2 months and then left our door unlocked unexpectedly. Now neither the key, knob, or keypad have the ability to lock the door. They are not willing to do a refund and want us to get the unit repaired immediately. Being that this is our second unit that has malfunctioned in the same way I feel that it is my duty to report it. A search for this product on Amazon reveals that I am far from the same person who has had this issue. If the lock is stuck in the unlocked position your home is not protected. If it is in the locked position you may not be able to leave your home in case of a fire or other emergency, especially if you have some kind of handicap, as the knob has a fair amount of resistance to overcome the “springing” action. I have several video and email chains with the company to support my claim.
