The product, in the report: Jeld-Wen slider door key lock.
Lowes sold me two sets of Jeld-Wen sliders and a key lock for the main entry level. I always am using their installation services. The key lock was installed this past week. The keys open and lock from the outside but you can’t unlock without key. The door is not able to be unlocked from the inside. In case of fire, this door would not always be able to be opened from inside.
