The product, in the report: smoke detector
Reported to Info Center by the Chester County Fire Marshall
Dicon 370LB smoke detector. Call at 11:00 3/28, for a Gas Leak Inside; “smoke detector activated and an odor in the basement that may be gas”. The smoke detector activated because it detected the smoke from the smoke detector. The odor, barely detectable by the time we arrived, was that of the burnt capacitor and circuit board.
No injuries reported.
