The product, in the report: Product details: - Manufacturer: Kidde - Model: FA110G - Date code: 0420015255B - Country of manufacture: Mexico - Current condition: Still completely full of powder, but has no pressure
I am writing to report a serious failure involving a Kidde fire extinguisher that did not operate when I needed it during a fire on August 28, 2026.
Product details: - Manufacturer: Kidde - Model: FA110G - Date code: 0420015255B - Country of manufacture: Mexico - Current condition: Still completely full of powder, but has no pressure
I purchased the extinguisher new in its original box through eBay in January 2026. I removed it from the box in late January and stored it in the trunk of my car. When I attempted to use it during the fire on August 28, it had no pressure and did not discharge. It remains completely full of extinguishing powder.
I contacted Kidde customer support and explained what happened. Kidde told me the extinguisher was not covered by warranty because it had been purchased through eBay, even though I explained that it was sold as new and arrived in its original box. I specifically offered to mail the extinguisher to Kidde so they could inspect it and determine why it failed, but they declined and did not express an interest in examining it.
I still have the extinguisher and can provide photographs, proof of purchase, seller information, or the product itself for inspection. Please treat this as a product-safety report or let me know if I need to provide this information through another reporting channel. I am concerned that other extinguishers from the same production batch may fail in an emergency.
Thank you,

No one hurt Made Nov 10, 2024, sent to the company Nov 14, 2024, published by CPSC Dec 6, 2024
The product, in the report: Kidde Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher - Classification 10-B:C - Tank stamped 2019 - USCG. Approval 162.028/EX1793
Hi, I had a plastic handle Kidde Mariner fire extinguisher that I was using on a personal boat, that was then recalled in 2017. I submitted a claim and received a new unit with the tank dated 2019 and a serial number E88954249. The new one had US Coast Guard approval, however the recall replacement I was sent had a handle that was not built with corrosion resistant materials (black painted steel) appropriate for boats. Now about 5 years into the USCG recommended 12 year replacement cycle, the handle has structurally corroded to the point that the handle would fail if use was attempted. I never had to use mine in a fire, and I replaced mine early at my own expense. There could be an indeterminate number of recall replacements being used in a marine environment that most likely have similar condition and may not function as desired if they are not inspected/replaced as frequently. Newer Mariner models for sale currently have corrosion resistant materials mainly a stainless steel handle and aluminum valve body.

The product, in the report: Kidde Multi-Purpose Dry Chemical (Monoammonium Phosphate) Fire Extinguisher. Red. Type ABC. 15 lbs.
A Kidde fire extinguisher blew its top. It was an ABC type. The model is Fire Away 460 and is not listed on the Kidde recall list. The pressure has always been in the green region. It was stored in the basement where it was not subject to heat. It was not being used at the time and I’m not aware of it ever having been dropped. No injuries, just a $20,000 cleanup bill.

No one hurt Made Dec 7, 2020, sent to the company Dec 23, 2020, published by CPSC Jan 11, 2021
The product, in the report: Kiddie ABC Fire Extinguisher, 1.5 - 1.7 kgs. Model H110G
We had what started as a minor grease fire on our kitchen stove on 11/30/2020. We attempted to extinguish the fire using a cover for the pan but the cover was not big enough. My wife then attempted to use the Kiddie ABC fire extinguisher nearby but upon pulling the pin and squeezing the trigger, nothing happened. I attempted as well, to no avail. My wife was evacuating our two daughters and dog from the house and I was starting to dial 911 when I remembered I had another extinguisher in my shop area. I grabbed it, returned within 30 seconds, and successfully put out the fire that had quickly grown to close to ceiling height.
Unfortunately, the time lost time allowed the fire to burn far longer than it would have, had my extinguisher worked properly. As a direct result of the failure, my stove’s control partially melted and the smoke damage to my ceiling is going to require the mineral fiber tiles it to be replaced. (The textured tiles we have are not expensive, but are not well suited to painting either.)
After this near catastrophe, I looked into why the extinguisher failed and found that the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) had issued a recall “due to failure to discharge and nozzle detachment”. I contracted Kiddie and they did promptly replace the device itself, but I am still left with what I would estimate to be $1,200 in property damage.
Although I know this safety concern is known to the CPSC, I felt it important to report he property damage associated with this issue.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions, or if any additional information is needed. (e.g., fire extinguisher model, serial number, date code, damage photos, photo of fire, etc.)

The product, in the report: Kidde Fire Extinguisher model H110G No. C87938003, Made in Mexico
Plastic handle apparatus on Kidde fire extinguisher model H110G (manufactured in 2016) failed to work during kitchen fire. Extinguisher was less than five years old and indicated a full charge. After pulling the pin and pressing down on a handle, a small puff of powdery substance came out of the extinguisher, and then it no longer worked. Subsequent research on the internet indicated to me that this is a known problem with these extinguishers. I was able to get the fire extinguished on my own after the extinguisher failed, but got a charred piece of metal on my foot in the process.

The product, in the report: Kidde dry powder fire extinguisher
A Kidde dry powder fire extinguisher spontaneously exploded.
It was about 10 years old and hanging on a wall by its provided hanging bracket. During the night it exploded. The plastic valve body on the top broke and separated explosively from the steel bottle. The valve assembly hit the ceiling and dislodged insulation blankets. The powder contents were violently expelled and covered every surface of the room.
It was lucky nobody was nearby.

The product, in the report: Kidde Multi-Purpose Dry Chemical No. CA-842518 3 lbs.
A fire occurred in my kitchen as a result of grease being left unattended. Attempted to use a brand new Kidde fire extinguisher with the plastic nozzle. The plastic nozzle fell off during the process and I was not able to release the foam that would cover the fire that had began to spread throughout the cabinets. I had purchased the extinguishers as a set, but was hesitant to use the second one due the malfunction that had just occurred, so I relied on other methods to put out the fire.

The product, in the report: Kidde fire extinguisher, classification 10-B:C Size I, No. A97561648
A month ago, a fire started on the wall behind the wood stove in my living room. I immediately grabbed my fire extinguisher, pulled out the pin, and squeezed the lever. A very brief, wide burst of dry chemical emitted from the nozzle, and then no more product would come out. I tried squeezing the lever a few more times, but nothing happened. I had to fill gallon jugs of water to throw onto the wall to stop the fire. Afterwards, I found a small cylindrical piece of plastic on the floor where I had used the fire extinguisher, that looked like it came off of the front of the nozzle of the fire extinguisher.
I still have the extinguisher I used. I don’t know what information you need to identify it. It’s Kidde brand BC dry chemical size I, with a plastic nozzle. It says “No: A97561648”
I am sending this report because I just saw an article on Facebook that these for extinguishers are being recalled due to presenting the same malfunction I experienced. No major damage or injury occurred in my situation, fortunately.
My husband has brought home a replacement extinguisher that is the same brand but has a metal nozzle, and is slightly different looking. No: [REDACTED]

The product, in the report: Kidde Fire Extinguisher, #0813177145. It has a plastic handle. I just learned that it is one of the models that has been recalled.
I had a grease fire in my oven. We used the fire extinguisher for the first time, and it only sprayed for two seconds, even though the tank was full. After the firefighters arrived and the fire was out, we told them about how the fire extinguisher didn’t function properly. They went out and tried to spray it, and they had the same problem, with the extinguisher only spraying for two seconds before getting stuck. They told us that it was a serious malfunction.

I did everything needed to have one of my extinguishers replaced through the recall. Unfortunately, the replacement unit I was sent was damaged before I received it. All of my attempts via phone and email to contact Kidde to remedy the situation have gone unanswered. I am concerned that I now have two unsafe fire extinguishers, and I don’t know how to proceed. Please advise.

The product, in the report: Fire extinguisher with plastic handle
Kiddie fire extinguisher, had 2 of them. Small fire was started feom an old ember. First fire extinguisher failed to discharge, the plastic handle just bent around the pin. Eventually got it to work but fire had grown significantly in the 15 seconds of fiddling it took to get it to discharge. Extinguisher only discharged about 50% of its contents. Daughter ran inside the house for.our other extinguisher. It also failed to discharge and took fiddling becauae of the plastic handle while the fire grew. This 2nd one did discharge all of its contents but it was too late at this time, the fire grew and caught an adjacent field on fire resulting in minor structure damage and about 30 acres burned before the fire department had put it out. Could have stopped the fire early if the extinguishers had functioned properly.

They said they would send me a new one; it took three months for them to do so. When I received the new fire extinguisher the gauge was on empty. In other words, they sent me a faulty extinguisher to replace the faulty extinguisher they had sent me to replace the original faulty extinguisher.
In addition, I checked the other Kidde extinguisher which I had purchased at the same time as first one, and the gauge is on empty. This extinguisher several years away from the expiration of Kidde’s warranty. And this extinguisher was not part of any recall.
It seems to me that this company should be investigated and that all consumers should be advised to check the gauges on their Kidde extinguishers on a regular basis.

The product, in the report: Kidde Dry Chemical ABC Fire Extinguisher
My snow blower started on fire (having used starter fluid to try to get it started). The plastic parts (including the gas tank) ignited and I was at risk to lose my home or great personal injury. I got my Kidde fire extinguisher and attempted to extinguish the fire. The extinguisher failed and the fire raged on. I pushed the snow blower away from the house with risk to myself if the gas tank blew up - luckily it didn’t. As my exterior water was turned off, drained, and hoses stored for the season, the fire raged on until I could get all of this re-connected and functional to extinguish the fire with a hose / water. My snow blower is completely destroyed and the Kidde fire extinguisher was a complete failure just when I needed it the most. I consider the money that I spent on this fire extinguisher to be theft by Kidde. I’m out $900 for a replacement snow blower.

The product, in the report: KIDDE residential fire extinguisher.
On July 3rd 2017 at [REDACTED] a fire broke out in the kitchen of [REDACTED] apartment on the stove. The fire started from oil being used to prepare food in the kitchen. [REDACTED] then attempted to use the Kidde fire extinguisher to put out the fire. Unfortunately the Fire Extinguisher failed to operate. [REDACTED] noted the needle was in the green and it was only a year old. Without this assistance to contain the fire, it grew and the Tennent had to leave the premises in fear of his safety. It has been noted to [REDACTED] that this extinguisher could be on the recall list for being defective.
This report has been made by [REDACTED] Social Worker [REDACTED].

The product, in the report: KIDDE Fire Extinguisher Model FA110G
I have one of these units, (Model FA110G,) and contacted Kidde about it. They agreed to send me a new one with a metal handle/valve/nozzle, which they did. However, I have an identical unit, (Model SM110,) that doesn’t have the model name listed in the recall notice. Odd thing is, the SM110 seems to have leaked out all of its charge gas even though it has ever been used and it has been stored next to the other one since I got it. The FA110G still carries a full charge.
Since the recalled model numbers essentially refer to the very same units sold by different entities through many different channels, could KIDDE be playing games with the model numbers on this recall to limit their liability?
BTW, one of these extinguishers was given to me by my employer during Fire Prevention Week many years ago, and the other was purchased at my front door from a person raising funds for a volunteer fire department. They were both new-in-box and I don’t remember which one is which.
Attached are a few photos:
The trio of extinguishers is L-R, Kidde SM110, Kidde FA110G, and he replacement sent by Kidde the PRO 110-2, PRO2.5TCM-8, (both of those model designators are listed on its label.)
As you can see, the plastic-handled models are pretty much identical with the only discernable difference being a small difference in the length of the nozzle.
Perhaps you may want to get with Kidde and see if they’ve “overlooked” a few models.
Thank you, [REDACTED]

SUB: Kidde Fire Extinguisher Recall
DATE: December 30, 2017
I made a submission to Kidde and was promptly shipped a replacement. Unfortunately, what they sent me was a damaged and unusable extinguisher. After I reported the problem with the replacement to Kidde (*see my correspondence to Kidde below) they have ignored me. I don’t think this is the way a recall is supposed to work.
*” Re: RECALL – ID [REDACTED] (dated November 17,2017) I received your replacement fire extinguisher yesterday. Unfortunately, you sent me an unserviceable unit. The cylinder is dented with a 3/16-inch depression and the plastic clamp is broken. The shipping box is in fine shape which indicates that the damage occurred in your own facilities. What do you want me to do with this piece of junk?”

Spilled material in the drip pan under an electric burner burst into flames. Covering the flames with a lid did not extinguish them. I used a Kidde Multipurpose extinguisher, but only a dollop of liquid came out, tried a second extinguisher which, fortunately did work, sprayed liberal amounts of white foam which extinguished flames before other objects could catch fire.

The product, in the report: Recalled fire extinguisher sent as a replacement for a recalled one
I just wanted to let you know about this rediculous kidde fire extinguisher recall. I got my replacement from thelm yesterday after waiting about three weeks (good thing there wasn’t a fire in that long time). I don’t trust them and was concerned they sent me one with the same model number so i cslled them to verify they didn’t send me a recalled one. He checked the serial number and they did. They sent me a recalled fire extinguisher to replace a recalled one. And since they screwed up the guy at the call center they hired couldn’t even send me a new one. He had to escillate it so an actual kidde employee will call me back. He said to call back if I don’t hear from them in a week. So that will be a month without a working fire extinguisher plus probably another three weeks to get the replacement sent which may or may not also be recalled. At least I have another fire extinguisher in the house. They need to get fined or something. They can’t send a recalled item to replace a recalled item and take forever in doing so when it is an item people rely on for safety.

The product, in the report: unclear of info since house was demolished, but 3 other kidde extinguishers that were both at the same time are all recalled (I used my extinguisher and rushed over to my neighbors house, which was on fire).
My neighbors house was on fire. I recognized this and called 911, and ran over with my kiddie fire extinguisher. A this point the house was filled with smoke but there was a medium sized fire and I tried to put it out but the fire extinguisher would not deploy--the father/a strong man also tried but it did not work. Luckily the firemen came about 3 minutes after we tried. The fire caused 100,000 of damages (so far).

The product, in the report: Kidde H110G Red Fire Extinguisher, included in the affected recall per the Kidde website.
An oven fire flared up during preheating, and my wife grabbed the Kidde fire extinguisher which is kept several feet away. We believed this to be a smart purchase, and great location. This was our first use of the extinguisher, and we had previously reviewed how to use it. I was upstairs, and heard her call for my help, and when I got halfway down the stairs I could see her depressing the lever multiple times, with no discharge from the extinguisher. I ran back upstairs to grab some clothes to smother the flames, and began removing oxygen from the base of the fire while attempting not to have the clothes catch on fire. In the process the flames burned my right hand, but I had to continue subduing the flames. Meanwhile I was asking her to try different methods or angles with the extinguisher, but to no avail. Finally, 1 puff of dry chemical came out but it was not under proper pressure, and since my wife was standing back from the oven while I manually put out the fire, the discharge caused no significant reduction in the flames, but instead sprayed my counter, cabinets, sink, etc with a fine layer of dust.

When I was trying to teach my son fire safety and how to use a fire extinguisher the fire extinguisher failed to operate properly and the trigger required excessive force to activate. As I was trying to assist my son and helped him pull the trigger hand over hand it would not actuate at first. When I finally got it to depress the plastic handle ended up pinching the skin between my sons thumb and index finger. I assumed that this must have just been a one off problem with the extinguishers so did not report it at the time, but as soon as the recall information was made public on or about November 2, 2017 I realized that it was not true and that what we had experienced was a failure.

The product, in the report: Kidde Fireaway 110 Fire Extinguisher
On the evening of October 19, 2017 there was a small fire in my oven at my rental home. When I realized it was not going to go out on it’s own, I grabbed the fire extinguisher, pulled the pin, and put the fire out. However, the fire extinguisher would not stop spraying out, due to a faulty handle. I had to throw it to the floor and leave the house. This resulted in the entire contents of the fire extinguisher to empty out and float up into every room of the house, inside cupboards, and settle on all of our belongings. A volunteer firefighter surveyed the home and determined it to be unsafe for my family to stay in. A cleaning crew had to come in and professionally clean the entire house while we had to stay at a hotel in the meantime. I had heard of a recall on some fire extinguishers and after doing some research, found the extinguisher I used to be part of the recall. It is a Kidde Fireaway 110. If you need any more information from me I would be more than happy to provide it.

The product, in the report: Kidde fire extinguisher model FA110 Item number 466142N I still have the fire extinguisher that failed during my fire
I previously had a fire extinguisher failure in September of 2016. My gas stove caught on fire and my fire extinguisher did not work. My stove burned and my house filled with smoke. The microwave above my stove was also ruined. I had to call the fire department. After the incident, I found that my (recently purchased) fire extinguisher had been recalled. I had actually purchased it AFTER the recall. I contacted Kidde, who sent me a new fire extinguisher, without an explanation, or apology. The customer service representative would not address my concerns about the (quiet) recall despite my “calling her out”. I now have 3 additional fire extinguishers that are under the recall.

The date stamp on the base of the extinguisher was “2015” The extinguisher was rated for ABC type fires and contained a number on the label of “A99014677”. This model extinguisher appears to be the same type of a recall previously issued on extinguishers made up to 2014. I attempted to use the extinguisher to see if I could get it to operate and I was unable to squeeze the handle to activate the extinguisher. The pin had been pulled. I obtained photos of the extinguisher and it is currently being safeguarded by the property owner. As a result of the inoperability of the extinguisher, an occupant of the residence used water to attempt to extinguish a cooking oil fire and as a result spread the fire.
Further, upon my examination of the extinguisher I noticed a piece of plastic on the upper handle that is to extend into a hole in the lower handle; in my attempt to activate the extinguisher I had to manually manipulate this protruding piece of plastic into the lower handle. This utilized a fine motor skill that, I believe a normal person would not be able to perform under a high stress situation as a fire.

The product, in the report: Kidde Fire Extinguisher.
While splitting wood with my log splitter last fall, the engine caught on fire due to a mouse nest buried underneath. I grabbed my Kidde FA110 fire extinguisher, pulled the safety pin, compressed the handle, and nothing came out. The gauge said it was fully charged. By the time I was able to extinguish the fire, the top end of the log splitter had melted. There was approximately $100 in damage. I contacted Kidde regarding the matter, and was contact back by [REDACTED]of their Product Support team. [REDACTED] logged the incident, and told me they would send me a replacement extinguisher and reimburse me for the repair cost. I received the replacement extinguisher, and sent the faulty one back, but after several inquiries, I have not received the reimbursement. I sent photos of the damage and receipts as documentation.

The product, in the report: hand held fire extinguisher. Manufacture: Kidde. Model FA110 SN A37548588. Date code 1142146155. Bottle is red in color with plastic handle.
During annual fire extinguisher training we are required to put out a controlled fire. I pulled pin and gave a short burst of extinguisher, I then proceeded to approach base of fire and attempted to discharge the remainder of bottle but nothing happened. Squeezing the handle did nothing, it appears the valve is stuck. I had fire fighter personal try also and nothing.

I had a small fire in my house on July 17, 2015. I proceeded to use my Kidde fire extinguisher for the first time to put it out. The tank capacity pointed to full as it was never used before. After I pulled out the pin and squeezed the lever, the extinguisher puffed once and died. No gas or fire retarder came out of it after this incident.
The failure of the extinguisher shows negligence of manufacturer, Kidde. If the fire was larger or spread faster, it would put my family’s life in danger. Please remedy this situation by providing me with an fire extinguisher that is in proper working order. Thank you.

We attempted to use our Kidde Fire Extinguishers on a brush fire at a neighbors home. I depressed the plastic lever one time which worked. The second time I tried, it was impossible to depress it. Another one could not be operated at all. The lever could not be depressed. Striking it on a tree or rock was the only way to depress the valve.

The product, in the report: KIDDE 8# Dry Chemical Fire Extinguisher Model: PRO 5 TCM-8, Serial Number CG-345663 Date Code 1036069143
The department responded to a report of an outside fire at a retail grocery store. The Ambulance was the first unit to arrive and found bailed waste cardboard on fire against the exterior of the store. The staff on the Ambulance deployed the fire extinguisher from the Ambulance in an attempt to extinguish, if not at least slow the fire until the arrivial of the Engine Co. The firefighter pilled the pin, removed the hose and squeezed the handle. After some what of a brief delay the the powder “dribbled” out the end of the hose. She looked at the gauge which was still showing in the green. She again squeezed the handle and the agent slowly left the hose. She attempted to shake the hose towards the flames to get any powder to be useful. By this time the Engine Co. arrived and intiated suppresion, ultimately mitigating the incident. Our concern is we use extinguishers fairly often, obviously more than the general public. We inspect them frequently and store them in proper brackets, out of the weather. This situation ended without injury or major property damnage but easily could have ended differently should it occurred in a structure or confined space, or trapped occuopants.

Fire department responded to a fire at an apartment complex. The occupant had tried to use a fire extinguisher and it would not function. About 8 other fire extinguishers were tried and none of them worked. All extinguishers were new. The FD advised that the extinguishers malfunctioned due to the plastic discharging mechanism not working. The plastic handle was not strong enough to depress the discharge piston before collapsing.

Early this morning at about 3:30 my wife and I were awakened by a loud explosive sound that we first thought might be a tree crashing into our home. We quickly ran out our bedroom and dashed through a large plume of what we first thought was smoke and exited the house. After assessing that the house was secure we went back upstairs to examine the damage. What we discovered was that our ABC Dry Chemical Kidde fire extinguisher had exploded and deposited its contents in the laundry room, hallway, and some of the dry chemicals into our bedroom. In addition to the mess left behind, the dry wall in the laundry room was also damaged. The unit had been securely hanging from the manufacturers provided wall mount, which was still intact.

Caller is reporting his fire extinguisher, he does not have size available. Caller was cooking on November 8th, 2012 (he doesn’t remember at which temperature setting) when a small grease fire began building with flames of approx 6-12 “ high, causing caller to grab fire extinguisher to put it out. He removed the safety pin, verified the pressure indicator was green pressed on the lever but nothing came out, he kept trying for approximately a minute longer pressing on lever over and over but nothing was coming out to end the fire. Caller states that the lever used to press is soft, so when he pushes the lever it bends instead of pushing the pin. He and his wife finally got a wet towel and threw it over the fire extinguishing it.
He contacted the manufacturer in mid November who advised him to return he container to them, however he has chosen to retain the fire extinguisher until report is complete with CPSC and he has heard from our investigative or compliance officers.
There have been no injuries, but there was about $1000 worth of fire damages that could have been averted hadthis fire extinguisher worked.

The product, in the report: Kidde 5 Pound ABC Fire Extingusher
I am writing this letter to advise you of a major problem with the plastic wall hanger used on your 5 pound ABC Kidde fire extinguisher. I was at a pizza store in Parsippany, NJ the other evening with my grandsons and their parents to enjoy a Friday evening dinner. One of my grandsons, a little over 2 years old, had walked away from the table followed by his mother. He went over to the entrance door, where one of your 5 pound extinguishers was hanging. When his mother reached him he put up his arms to be picked up and in doing so his little hand tapped the bottom of the fire extinguisher. At this point there was almost a real tragedy. The extinguisher fell out of the bracket, slid by the bridge of his nose and landed on his foot. You can imagine the screams, and chaos that developed after this event. Luckily, the extinguisher did not hit him flush in the head, he probably would no longer be here, as well as that it did not hit his foot with the bottom edge, his foot was hit by the side of the extinguisher. The bracket used on this extinguisher is totally inadequate. It should have a strap to make sure it stays in the rackunless needed. You should consider recalling these brackets and stop using them immediately, little children lives are at risk as well as adult toes and feet. All you have to do is bump it and it is falling.

The product, in the report: Kidde Home Fire Extenguisher 110. dry chemical: Monoammonium Phosphate.
had to use Kidde ABC fire extinguisher (Kidde Home 110) on an electrical oven element fire. the dry powder did not stop the fire.
I breathed in a great deal of the “non-toxic,” dry chemical (Monoammonium Phosphate).
I have Asthma.
The breathing of the dry powder exacerbated a completely controlled, for 10 yrs asthma, into a crisis Asthma. It is the 3rd day out & I am still having problems.
Although the chemical is “non-toxic” for most people, it is toxic and can cause severe, even death situations for people with Asthma.
Had I know this I would have not used it.
Nowhere on the label or in the instructions does it indicate people with repository problems should avoid breathing this product.
Because of this, I have to use many asthma medicines, as well as oxygen, just to breathe. Breathing with this chemical in the lungs is not easy. It caused my lungs to fill with fluid along with shortness of breath and other asthmatic symptoms.
I feel the label on the product as well as on the box and in the instructions should indicate that it will be harmful if breathed by people with Asthma.
That would have saved me from going through what I am now suffering.
Also, I called Kidde to ask for instructions on how to best clean the powder. The answer I got was unsatisfactory. I was told the product is “non-toxic” and “it sounds like you have health issues not related to the product.” and goodbye.
I have HEPA filters going, trying to pull it out of the air. It is so fine that it gets airborne easily. It is on everything: the burnt stove, the floor, table, chairs, walls, papers, even got into silverware drawers and cabinets that were closed. I need help to clean this so I do not get sicker.
I would have like and expected Kidde to work with me to get an answer to the problem, instead of telling me I have a health issue and goodbye.
