The product, in the report: Krendl insulation blower Model {REDACTED]

Rented a Krendl Blower model [REDACTED] from Menard’s. Upon plugging it in, the 3way toggle switch blew flames when the switch was thrown.

Received another Krendl Blower model [REDACTED]. Was operating the unit for approximately 2 hours, when the house breaker was blown and the auger unit stopped working. Turned off the switches on the unit. Reset the breaker in the house. Upon turning the unit back on, flames shot out of the 3 way switch.

I contacted Krendl manufacture and notified them of the issue. They started that it must have been abused and that is why the switch failed.
