The product, in the report: Kitchen pull-down faucet

I am an Disabled Veteran with several disabilities. I purchased a Glacier Bay kitchen faucet around Dec 2012, and paid for installation by Home Depot. After returning from an extended vacation I noticed the stench, mold & water damage. I submitted a claim to the store on July 17, 2014, was sent to the manufacturer, sent to LotaUSA. A claims adjuster came out on Sept 18, 2014. The adjuster assessed the water damages, mold, faulty faucet, took 21 photos and mailed the faucet & all water lines incl. my personal dishwasher line to LotaUSA. Going back and forth with LotaUSA, Liberty Mutual since Sept 18th I kept getting the same responses; the faucet is still being tested! I was left without any kitchen sink use since Sept 2014 and had to wash dishes in my bathroom tub. I am still living with mold in the home. I have asthma, severe allergies & migraines & I have made this known to everyone involved. The mold is complicating my health issues. I have not been able to prepare nor have Thanksgiving & Christmas dinner at my home for me & my family! Very frustrated! Throughout this long process till this date, I had to purchase a kitchen faucet in order to use my sink. I DO NOT think that Glacier Bay, LotaUSA nor Liberty Mutual’s high officials, [REDACTED] or Headquarters & their families would be too happy about not being able to use their kitchens for months, while awaiting going on 7 months for this matter to be resolved. On December 30, 2014 I sent an email asking the status of this claim and their response has been “no results” on the testing of the faucet. I am still working with Liberty Mutual and their claims adjusters & construction crew in order to be made whole. I have requested compensatory damages, emotional distress and out of pocket expenses due to not being able to prepare meals and having to leave the home due to the mold; I have been denied. I am currently without full use of my kitchen and living in a home with mold. My pet bird has succumb to the mold.
