The product, in the report: KZH Matte Black Bathroom Faucet 3 Hole, 8 inch Widespread Bathroom Faucet with Pop Up Drain, Bathroom Sink Faucet with 360 Swivel Spout, 2 Handle Vanity Faucet with Water Supply Hoses

I purchased this KZH bathroom faucet directly from Amazon. It was installed professionally and used daily by my young children for face washing and brushing their teeth. I later received a product safety recall notice from Amazon confirming that the faucet may expose users to dangerous levels of lead, especially hazardous for children.

The faucet was used for 7 months before the recall notice was received. My children were potentially exposed to lead every day through oral use. I also spent over $300 on professional installation and am now paying for replacement, testing, and potential medical care.

I am filing this report to document the danger, confirm use by young children, and report financial loss and health concerns associated with this product.
