  1. No one hurt

Made Feb 2, 2024, sent to the company Mar 22, 2024, published by CPSC Apr 12, 2024

The product, in the report: High-Pressure Detachable Shower Head

The consumer indicates that her shower head was installed on 01/31/2024. Immediately after installation, the consumer ran the water to clean the bathtub however because she was inside it, when she got up her arm got in the way of the shower hose and it broke the magnetic force. The shower head fell on her head from a distance of approximately two feet.

The consumer contacted the Manufacturer and explained the situation; the representative she spoke to informed her that she would forward her complaint to upper management. The consumer asked for a case number and was denied one so she believes the representative did not take the incident seriously.

The consumer will be returning the shower head to the store.
