The product, in the report: Shower Head
I purchased a Opus International LLC Aroma Sense Shower head from Amazon.com. After 3 months, the shower head blew apart hitting my wife on the head leaving a small lump. I checked the reviews on Amazon and there are a number of consumers that have experienced the same issue. I contacted the manufacturer to inform them of the issue and have not heard back from them.
