The product, in the report: Strong Spa Evolution 85 Jet
I own a Strong Spa hot tub and have the temperature set to 98 Fahrenheit. The spa started heating it to 104 degrees Fahrenheit even though it is set to 98. I called Strong Spa and talked to a technician and he said they have a lot of reports about this issue. He told me how to press some control panel buttons to reset some stuck relay to get it working. It did work but I feel this is a latent defect in their control board and needs to be fixed. Our children got into the spa, assuming it was 98 and then suffered overheating by the time we noticed it was 104! We assumed it was 98. This seems like a serious defect which need’s resolution by Strong Spas.
