The product, in the report: It is a shower jaccuzy combo unit called sienna made by maya bath

I bought a shower and a jacuzzi combo unit online from sauna towen in Florida the unit cost is 4700.00 is dollars It was shipped in crates disassembled it took a while to finish remodeling the bathroom any way we assembled the unit 40 days after we received it Poor material and workmen ship the is enclosed stand alone unit made by maya bath To enter and exit the unit you have to jump an edge of about 3 feet which it dangerous getting in and especially out your feet are wet and you have jump over this 3 feet railing to get out already sloped once Also the floor of the jaccuzy is two level as you are taking a shower your foot would go on the lower level slip and fall I called sauna towen to return the units they stated that the 30 day return policy is over I called the manufacturer they also stated the thirty day return policy and suggested that I install some kind of a step to help me get in out safely and install tuner mats inside to avoid slipping this is unacceptable I want to take the unit back and refund my money
