The product, in the report: Pool spa air blower motor.
I connected a new spa blower motor. It is A 240v 1.5 hp motor That blows air bubbles into the spa. I was replacing a nearly identical unit. They both operate on 240 V. When I initially turned on the motor it exploded in an electrical explosion. Shrapnel shot in all directions. The top was blown hundreds of feet into the air. I contacted the seller and they were not helpful. I confirmed with a pool company it was correctly installed. It was a product defect.
