The product, in the report: Portable spa
On june 3,2013 my husband and i purchased the intex spa. On july 9,2013 we noticed the water had a blue tint to it but was clear. I then noticed what appeared to be a small piece of soft plastice hanging out of the return flow. My husband and my son stuck thier hand in the water to grab it and were electrocuted. The spa comes with its own gfi plug and it did not trip the unit. It appeared to be working fine except getting electrocuted. We unplugged it until the following morning when we plugged it back in the digital temp showed various numbers higher then the spa is suppose to go and the water instantly charged again.
