Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: foot bath

(12/28/2022) The consumer stated that she got an electrical shock the first time that she used the product. She had her feet in the foot bath for about 20 minutes. She was rolling her feet on the massage rollers part of the product. Suddenly, she was knocked out of her chair by the shock and hit the floor. There were bruises on top of both feet. The consumer thinks this happened when her feet got hung up on the piece at the top where you put your feet.

The consumer went to the doctor but found out that her feet were not fractured, just bruised.
