The product, in the report: Emerald Spa M770 96”x96” mahogany cabinet with silver white shell with intense foot massager in foot well
Product is a hot tub. The bottom footwell area has a 12”x12” area that is sagging. It has an incline of about 2” when you step in your foot goes into a hole that causes you to trip. Manufacture replaced first hot tub that did this with new. Within 2 months the new hot tub has done the same and continues to get worse sagging in other areas. Manufacture says this will not hurt the use of it and it is not covered under warranty because it is not leaking water. This sagging is very dangerous, causing a trip hazard.
