The product, in the report: Coleman Bahamas AirJet Inflatable Outdoor Round Hot Tub 2-4 Person with Pump #P08411

Subject: URGENT SAFETY COMPLAINT Coleman SaluSpa Electrical Fire Hazard

    To Whom It May Concern,

I am reporting a critical fire and safety hazard involving the Coleman SaluSpa inflatable hot tub purchased on April 14, 2025. The electrical power cord has melted at the prong, posing a serious risk of fire, electrocution, or injury. A photo of the damage is attached for your reference.

This is not an isolated issue. I have owned three Coleman hot tubs over the past two years, all of which experienced electrical failures. This most recent incident, however, was by far the most dangerous and clearly indicates a serious design or manufacturing defect in the power supply or internal electrical system.

This failure occurred during normal operation and could have easily resulted in property damage or loss of life. The melting occurred internally within the plug housing, suggesting excessive heat buildup, inadequate insulation, or poor electrical connectionconditions that present a life-threatening risk to consumers.

I am requesting the CPSC take immediate action, including: Investigating Colemans manufacturing and safety standards for this product line Initiating a recall if similar complaints are confirmed Requiring Coleman to notify consumers of the potential danger

This product should not be on the market without a full safety redesign and accountability for consumers already at risk. Please confirm receipt of this report and advise on any additional steps I should take as a consumer to support an investigation.
