I purchased 1 bench and 4 chairs from Bison Office LLC in May of 2022. I have since filed multiple complaints regarding the quality of the product. Broken parts, different sized legs, uneven, damaged, etc. I since have been sent multiple replacements, often I need a replacement for the replacements because those parts are broken or defective. My major concern is that I have had 2 pieces of these that have broken while someone was sitting in them. One of which led to the bench falling to the floor and my family member who was sitting in it falling with it and hitting his head. These are not safe to use as they are breaking in the same spot and there is an issue with the manufacturing. When I ask Bison Office for warranty, they tell me I’m responsible for contacting the manufacture however the manufacture does not have a license to deal directly with consumers. They refuse to refund me my money without sending the items back but will not pay for packaging or shipping charges.
