The weld at the point where one of the C shaped legs joins failed causing my wife [REDACTED] who was setting on the bench at the time of the failure to fall approximately 18” to a ceramic tile floor. That fall caused strain and/or partial tear of both hamstrings. A medical narrative from an orthopedist further describing this injury is attached as Exhibit A.
