The product, in the report: 6 foot Cord Set With Switch. White cord with dark brown or black plastic socket. Sized for small nitelight bulb.
Purchased a 6 foot Cord Set With Switch from Home Depot and screwed in an LED night light bulb that started to flicker. Attempted to unscrew bulb a few turns so I could retighten to determine if flicker would stop. Socket sparked loudly and brightly approx. 18 inches from my face/eyes. Two bare wires came out from end of socket and I kept them separated while removing power. Brass socket liner was attached to bulb threads.
