The product, in the report: Sleep Sofa Upholstered Furniture Leather and Fabric

The consumer says that she pulled out the sofa and slept on the mattress. Recently she stopped using it because the mattress was thin. She said that when the two cushions that you lean on are removed to open the sleeper, there is a large gap left when using the sleeper.

She says she was almost sucked into the space when laying on it. She tries to use the cushions she took out to cover the space while in the sleep position, but they are too large. The consumer says that two weeks after using the product she developed a rash on her back and her arms.

She says that everyday appears to worsen and she has gotten scabs from scratching. When looking at the contents of the furniture she noticed a label that says it contains 57% Polyurethane. She plans to contact the retailer about her skin irritation. She has talked to them about the issue of the open space but they were not willing to assist her with that problem.

UPDATE FROM CONSUMER: Sent pictures to Ashlet Furniture about space in sofa sleeper when opened. I also told them mattress might have been too thin and maybe there is such a large space when opened as a sofa sleeper- a thicker mattress would cover the hole
