The product, in the report: Summerset Sleigh Bed-Twin with Trundle Item #AWR404-3 Bed Size: Twin Configuration: Bed + Trundle
Manufacturer: American Woodcrafters
Summerset Sleigh Bed-Twin with Trundle Item #AWR404-3
Summerset Trundle Rails-Twin Item #AWR394-1
The wooden left rail supporting the bed cracked/split down the middle causing the bed to colapse down one side. No major injuries due to height of bed (about 2 feet), but it appears to be a product or manufacturing failure, as it colapsed and broke with only my 80 pound daughter just sitting on the bed.
Bed purchase April 16, 2010.
