We bought a new couch that came in sections that hook together at the bottom. My 3 year old grandson was on the couch and leaned back and his head slid between the 2 pieces and he could not get out. My daughter heard him gagging and had trouble freeing him by herself. Thankfully she saw him or Im afraid he could have suffocated.
